They needed to adapt premium campaign visuals for multiple markets, keeping the design consistent while moving fast across languages and seasonal versions.

The Challenge

A key visual included a hand and magnifying glass that needed to be removed, leaving the envelope as the hero element.

The message inside the envelope had to be translated into 24 languages, without turning each version into a manual ‘new file’ workflow.

On packaging, the label text had to be removed and replaced with an English version — with the ability to expand to any language later.

Every localized version also needed summer and winter variants.

Rebuilt the scene by removing the hand and magnifying glass while keeping the image natural and premium, with the envelope as the focal point.
