The Challenge

A key visual included a hand and magnifying glass that needed to be removed, leaving the envelope as the hero element.

The message inside the envelope had to be translated into 24 languages, without turning each version into a manual ‘new file’ workflow.

On packaging, the label text had to be removed and replaced with an English version — with the ability to expand to any language later.

Every localized version also needed summer and winter variants.

Clean-up and reconstruction

We reconstructed trough AI and postproduction the scene by removing these elements, refining shadows and textures, and turning the envelope into a clean, standalone hero—ready for reuse across formats and markets.

Setup of a base template with controlled editable fields

A master template was created with clearly defined editable fields.

Only approved text areas were exposed, allowing language and seasonal changes while locking layout, hierarchy, and sensitive visual elements.

Ingestion and organization of 23 language translations for the envelope content

The envelope message was translated and adapted into 23 languages, including different scripts and text lengths.

All versions were generated from the same template, without duplicating files or introducing manual layout adjustments.
